Our goal is to make sure you are completely satisfied with your bracelet.
For all SVR-Jewellery bracelets I offer a ‘30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee’ on all the bracelets purchased at SVR-Jewellery.com . You have 30 calendar days (starting from the day you receive the item) to return the bracelet. For a refund, we accept SVR_Jewellery bracelets with the original bag and the bracelet must not show any signs of usage. As soon as the package arrives here, I will issue a full refund (minus $10 restocking fee per bracelet). Your refund will be credited to the same payment method you used to make the purchase.
Please note that, because I sell custom-made products I am not obliged by law to refund. However, we want 100% satisfied customers that is why, I do offer the ‘30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee’!
