How do I know my wrist size?

Keep in mind that you should not add 'space' yourself to your wrist measurement. If you want the bracelet loose on your wrist, simply write loose when checking out. 

The average wrist-size for men is a 18 cm/7 inch

The average wrist-size for women is 15-16.5cm/ 6-6.5 inch
